Company Overview
The NuxesLogic (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides services including but not limited to:

Service Agreement
When you engage us for a project:
- A scope of work, cost, and timeline will be mutually agreed upon
- Any additional work or features outside the original scope may be subject to extra charges
- We reserve the right to refuse projects that conflict with our values or capacity
Payment Terms
- A percentage of the total project cost is payable in advance
- Remaining payment will be due upon completion and before final handover
- For SEO services, monthly retainers are billed in advance
- Delayed payments may lead to suspension of services
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the final project files, code, or content will be transferred to the client
- We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
- Client must ensure all content provided (logos, images, text) does not infringe any copyright
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide timely feedback and required content
- Review work-in-progress and approve final deliverables
- Ensure their own hosting, domains, and third-party tools are managed properly (unless we are hired to do so)
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any proprietary information shared during the project is kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent. We’re happy to sign an NDA upon request.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any loss of data due to hosting/server issues not managed by us
- Downtime caused by third-party plugins, APIs, or platforms
- SEO results not meeting expectations due to market fluctuations or client non-cooperation
Service Termination
Either party can terminate a service agreement with written notice. In such cases:
- Work done till date will be billed and must be paid
- Any pre-paid amounts beyond completed work will be refunded (if applicable)
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any updates will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our site/services after changes implies acceptance.
